How to make:
- Start by preparing pesto sauce. Mix parsley, walnuts, and garlic in a blender and blend until the ingredients turn into a paste until smooth.
- Add olive oil to the paste slowly. Use less than a two-thirds cup of olive oil. Keep blending until the pasta becomes as smooth as possible.
- Transfer the pasta to a large bowl and add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Slice French bread in half or as many times as desired.
- Apply pesto on one side of the bread slices evenly. Add mozzarella cheese and tomato slices on top.
- Then, relax the pesto on a slice of bread on one other that will make the top of the sandwich.
- Press the two parts firmly and save the sandwich, and heat it on low heat.
- Lift the sandwich when the cheese melts and the bread crust becomes crisp.

- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 1 piece of whole wheat or brown bread
How to make:
- Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Cover the pan with a little margarine and add the beaten eggs.
